One chauffeur for the day
The same chauffeur from the first pickup to the last drop-off. One person who knows the plan and the people: where you are collected, who travels in which car and when the next move is. The same face at every door, keeping to the timings without being asked and waiting between the parts of the day.
The car is cleaned on the morning of the event, the temperature is set before you get in, and there is water on board. For a wedding the car can be dressed with ribbons and flowers in the colours of the day, or left as it is.
Several cars as one
Groups travel in the XL, the Mercedes-Benz EQV with seven seats and room for bags, or in the Executive Lounge for guests who want the reclining lounge seats. The cars arrive together, so everyone walks in at the same time, and each car leaves when its guests are ready, not when the last one is. One car or several can be booked for the same event; for larger parties the cars run in rounds.
The day, planned
Before the event we sit down with you or your planner and write the route and timings for every car: who is collected where, when the hosts leave and when the guests move on. We build in time for what runs late, a speech, a queue at the door, a photographer who wants one more picture, so the cars are never the reason to hurry.
We wait
No parking and no queues. When the event ends, whether it is the last song, the final whistle or the last toast, the chauffeur is outside. You walk out and the car is there, and the waiting between the parts of the agreed day is already in the price.
City Hall weddings
Many couples from abroad marry at Copenhagen City Hall. We collect you at the airport, take you to your hotel or straight to City Hall, wait through the ceremony and drive you on to lunch or dinner, with a stop for photographs along the way if you wish. Your chauffeur knows where cars may wait at City Hall and how long a ceremony usually takes.
Pricing
An event is priced as a day, on request. The price covers the chauffeur, the car and the waiting between the parts of the day, and it is agreed in writing before the event, together with the hourly rate for any time beyond it. We drive events in Copenhagen and across Denmark.
Questions and answers
How early should we book?
As early as you can, and for weddings ideally a few months ahead. Saturdays in May, June and August and the big concert and match dates go first. If the date is close, call us; if a chauffeur and a car are free, we take the booking.
Can several cars arrive together?
Yes. The cars move as one between the venues, so a group arrives at the same time and nobody is left waiting on the pavement. When the event ends, each car leaves when its guests are ready.
What if the event runs late?
The chauffeur waits. The timings are planned with room for the usual delays, and if the event runs beyond the agreed time, the extra time is charged at the hourly rate agreed when you book.
Can you decorate the car for a wedding?
Yes. Ribbons and flowers in the colours of the day are the most common choice. Tell us what you have in mind when you book, or bring your own and the chauffeur fits it on the morning.
How many cars can we have?
As many as the event needs: one for the hosts or the couple, and XL or Executive Lounge cars for the guests. For more guests than that, the cars drive in rounds between the venues, planned into the timings.
Do you drive outside Copenhagen?
Yes, anywhere in Denmark. A ceremony in the city followed by a dinner at a country manor house is a day we know well.
