One chauffeur, every time
A Kids journey is driven by a chauffeur from a small, fixed group, so the same faces come back: the school run on Tuesday, the swimming lesson on Thursday. The chauffeur knows your child's name, the usual pickup spot and who is waiting at the other end. Parents are always welcome in the car, and older children can travel on their own once you have agreed it with us when booking.
Seats fitted for the age
Every journey has the right seat for your child, from infant carriers for the youngest to booster cushions for older children up to 135 cm. The chauffeur fits the seat before the journey and checks it again before your child gets in. Every time, not only the first.
Handover to a named adult
A child is handed over only to the adults you have named when booking: a teacher, a grandparent, the other parent. Nobody else, however well they seem to know your child. If the named adult is not there, the chauffeur waits with your child and calls you.
You hear from us at both ends
You receive a text message when your child is collected and another when they are handed over. No need to call and ask whether they arrived; you will already know.
We carry infant carriers, child seats and booster cushions, and fit them before the journey, not at the kerb. Tell us your child's age and height when booking, and the right seat is in the car when it arrives.
A second seat for a sibling or a friend is no trouble. Just mention it when you book.
If you would rather use your own seat, the chauffeur fits it and checks it before you set off.

Kids journeys are driven in our regular fleet. Most families travel in the Mercedes-Benz EQV, the LuxLimo XL, with room for up to seven, several child seats and the school bags, sports kit and instruments that come with them. For one or two children, the Mercedes-Benz EQE or EQS is just as comfortable.

Older children and teenagers can travel without a parent once you have agreed it with us when booking. The chauffeur meets them at the door, sees them into the car and hands them over at the other end, and you receive a message at both ends. If anything changes on the way, the chauffeur calls you before anything else.

Questions and answers
Can my child travel without me?
Yes, once you have agreed it with us when booking. Older children and teenagers travel on their own regularly, and you receive a message when they are collected and when they are handed over.
Who can collect my child?
Only the adults you name when booking. If someone else needs to collect your child, tell us before the journey. The chauffeur will never hand over a child to anyone who is not on the list.

Yes. Regular journeys such as the school run or weekly activities are planned with the same chauffeur whenever possible, so your child sees a familiar face.
What does a Kids journey cost?
A Kids journey is priced like any other journey, as a fixed price agreed before departure. Child seats are included, and regular weekly journeys can be agreed at a fixed rate.
