A chauffeur-driven cruise transfer in Copenhagen at a fixed price agreed before you sail. We follow the ship into port, meet you outside the terminal with a name sign and load the cases into a quiet electric car. On embarkation day we time the pickup backwards from your check-in window, so the journey to the ship starts without a watch in hand.

Your chauffeur waits outside the cruise terminal with a name sign, takes the cases from the trolley and walks you to the car. You never have to look for a taxi rank or queue with the rest of the ship.

the ship
We follow the ship's arrival with the port and plan around disembarkation. If the ship is late alongside, the pickup moves with it at no extra cost. You do not update us; the ship does.
Waiting time
included
Waiting time is included from your agreed pickup time. Disembarkation queues and the luggage hall cost nothing extra, and if it takes longer, the chauffeur stays.

A cruise means more cases than a city break. Tell us how many guests and cases, and we match the car, or send a second car for the luggage. Golf bags, bicycles and a folding wheelchair travel in XL Plus.
Hotel, airport
and ship
Most guests arrive by air the day before and stay in the city. We take you from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the ship, with the same fixed price and the same chauffeur if you wish.

In port for the day? Book a chauffeur for a few hours and see Copenhagen, Kronborg or the Louisiana Museum on your own schedule, back on board before all aboard.

Booking for others
Many cruise transfers are booked for someone else: parents on their first cruise, a client sailing from Copenhagen, a group from the same family. Give us their names, the ship and the date, and we handle the rest. They receive the chauffeur's name and mobile number before the ship docks, the name on the sign is theirs, and the price is agreed with you, not with them.
Cruise terminals we serve
Copenhagen has three cruise quays: Oceankaj in Nordhavn, where most of the large ships turn around, Langelinie next to the Little Mermaid, and Nordre Toldbod for smaller ships in the city centre. We serve all three, and transfers to and from Copenhagen Airport, Malmö and every Danish city are fixed before you travel.

How do I book a cruise transfer?
Send us the ship's name, the date, the number of guests and cases, the names for the sign and the address at the other end, by phone, email, WhatsApp or the contact page. We reply with a fixed price and a named chauffeur, usually within the hour.
What happens if the ship is late?
Nothing you need to do. We follow the ship's arrival with the port, so if it is delayed the pickup moves with it at no extra cost.
Where will the chauffeur meet me?
Outside the terminal building at the quay where your ship is berthed, with a sign showing your name. Tell us what to write when you book.
Which car should I choose?
The BMW i7 takes up to two guests and two cases, the Mercedes-Benz EQS four guests and three cases, the EQE four guests and two cases, and the EQV seven guests and seven cases. The Mercedes-Benz EQV VIP seats six with six cases. Tell us the number of guests and cases and we match the car.
