What we take care of
A suit from the tailor, the dry cleaning back to the house, a parcel to the post office before it closes, a signed contract across the city, a gift collected from the shop and delivered with your card. The chauffeur can also wait in line for something that cannot be reserved. It is all done in one of our cars, with the same care you know from your journeys, and you do not have to be anywhere near.
You brief us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we confirm the time, and you receive a message when the item is collected and again when it is delivered. Nothing is opened on the way, and nothing is discussed afterwards.
Collected and delivered by name
The chauffeur collects from the person or shop you name and hands over only to the person you name at the other end. Receipts and tickets come back to you with the item.
Fitted around your day
An errand can be added to a journey you have already booked, run on its own while you are in a meeting, or booked the day before. If a chauffeur is free, we take it the same day.
When plans change
If the shop is closed, the item is sold out or the recipient is not at home, the chauffeur does not simply turn back. You get a message with the options, and together we find a way to finish the errand.
Discreet by habit
Our chauffeurs are trained for guests who value privacy, and an errand is treated the same way: no questions about what is in the bag, no mention of where it went.
What we cannot take on
Some errands fall outside what a chauffeur can do for you: anything illegal or unsafe, carrying large sums of cash, and signing or accepting anything that needs your legal authority. If you are unsure, ask when you book and we will tell you straight away.
Pricing
An errand is priced by the time it takes and agreed as a fixed price before the chauffeur sets off. The price covers the driving, the waiting and the handover. Anything bought on your behalf can be paid by the chauffeur up to an amount agreed in advance and is added to your invoice with the receipt. We run errands in Copenhagen and the surrounding area.
Questions and answers
Do I need to be a member?
No. Concierge is open to every LuxLimo client. Club members can book it with the same priority as their journeys.
Can the chauffeur pay for something on my behalf?
Yes, up to an amount agreed before the errand. The cost is added to your invoice together with the receipt. For larger purchases, we ask you to pay the shop directly.
How quickly can an errand be done?
Usually the same day if a chauffeur is free, and always on the day you choose if you book the day before.
Will I know when it is done?
Yes. You receive a message when the item is collected and another when it has been delivered, with the name of the person who received it.
What if the shop needs my signature or my ID?
Tell us when you book. Many shops accept a written authorisation or an order reference. If yours requires you in person, we will tell you before the chauffeur sets off.
