You never have to look for the car. Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign, takes the cases and walks you to the car. If you would rather be met at the kerb, say so when you book.
Flight tracking,
no phone calls
We track the flight from take-off. If it is delayed the pickup moves with it at no extra cost, and if it lands early the car is already there. You do not update us; the flight does.
Waiting time
included
Waiting time is included from the moment the flight lands. Delays, passport control and the luggage belt cost nothing extra, and if it takes longer, the chauffeur stays. The car is ready before you walk out, never the other way round.

Book weeks ahead for a client's visit, or the same day when plans change. If a car is free we take the booking, and you get a fixed price and a named chauffeur either way.

Booking for others
Most airport transfers are booked for someone else: a client flying in, a colleague on the late flight, a parent who does not want to queue for a taxi. Give us their name and flight and we handle the rest. They receive the chauffeur's name and mobile number before the flight lands, the name on the sign is theirs, and the price is agreed with you, not with them. If the flight changes, we tell you both.
Airports we serve
Copenhagen Airport is where most journeys start or end, and Roskilde, half an hour west of the city, is the quieter choice for private flights. We serve every airport in Denmark and Malmö Airport across the Øresund with the same car and the same chauffeur, and the price is fixed before you travel.
Private terminals and business-aviation handling at every airport are served in the same way: tell us the handler and the tail number, and the chauffeur is at the terminal door.
Questions & Answers
How do I book an airport transfer?
Send us the flight number, the date, the number of guests and cases, the name for the sign and the address at the other end, by phone, email, WhatsApp or the contact page. We reply with a fixed price and a named chauffeur, usually within the hour. Book weeks ahead or the same day; if a car is free, we take it.
What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?
Nothing you need to do. We track the flight from take-off, so if it is delayed the pickup moves with it at no extra cost, and if it lands early the car is already there.
Will the chauffeur have a name sign?
Yes. Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a sign showing your name, or your company's name if you prefer. Tell us what to write when you book.
Which car should I choose?
The BMW i7 takes up to two guests and two cases, the Mercedes-Benz EQS four guests and three cases, the EQE four guests and two cases, and the EQV seven guests and seven cases. The Mercedes-Benz EQV VIP seats six with six cases. Tell us the number of guests and cases and we match the car.
