The chauffeurs
Every chauffeur is employed, not subcontracted, and drives the same car each week. They are trained on discretion first: no conversation unless you start it, no music unless you ask, doors handled without being asked twice.
San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna and Summerbird organic chocolate are onboard as standard, not as an upgrade.
